Full time Personal & Commercial lines insurance CSR. P&C License with prior service experience required. Duties involve assisting customers with policy questions, changes, billing, certificates, and other service needs. We are an independent insurance agency in business for over 40 years representing over two dozen insurance carriers. Candidates must have strong verbal and written communication skills, outgoing personality, ability to multi-task, proficient in typing and Microsoft Office. Experience with the AMS 360 management system and bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
